The aim of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is to:
- Enable industrial training, internships, or hands-on exposure for students
- Foster research collaboration, joint projects, and academic exchange
- Enhance faculty development, guest lectures, and workshops
- Improve placement opportunities, entrepreneurial training, and skill-building
- Facilitate international collaborations for student and faculty mobility
Nandha College of Pharmacy has MOUs with a number of organizations to match the course materials with their requirements, and academia-industry contact is a component of the curriculum. Case studies, training programs, coursework, simulation laboratories, and summer internships are all incorporated into curricula to promote learning.
MoUs are pivotal in bridging academia and industry, strengthening pharmacy education, and preparing students for real-world challenges. They serve as conduits for knowledge exchange, professional training, exposure to healthcare environments, and global collaboration.
