PATIENT COUNSELLING CENTER: A patient counseling center is functioning under the supervision and direct control of college of pharmacy and the department of pharmacy practice. Discharged patients are counseled at the patient counseling centre. The patients discharge summary is verified with the medical records available in the hospital information system.
