Student Grievance Redressal Cell

The cell is responsible for inspecting any complaint filed by a student and evaluating its merit. The grievance cell has the authority to investigate harassment cases. In order to address genuine concerns, individuals can approach department members in person, with the assistance of the officer in charge of the student’s grievance cell. In the event that the person is hesitant to appear in person, they can submit grievances in writing to the grievance cell’s letterbox or suggestion box in the administrative block. It is possible to send grievances through email to the officer in charge of the student’s grievance cell.

OBJECTIVE:

  • In order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute, the Grievance Cell aims to cultivate a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders.
  • Promoting cordial student-teacher relationships and ensuring a stress-free atmosphere in the college is key to maintaining the college’s dignity.
  • Motivating students to express their grievances/problems in a free and honest manner without any fear of being victimized.
  • Upon receiving written grievances from the students, the case will be dealt with promptly.
  • In accordance with management policy, the cell will review all cases formally and act accordingly.
  • The cell will give a report to the authorities about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the higher authorities.
